Can I cancel or change an order?

If it your order has not already been processed and it is between the times of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET Monday - Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by calling our customer service department at 1-800-381-0815. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.


Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order.

Important: it is best to call our production team directly at 1-800-381-0815 cancel your order or make changes, as e-mails are answered during regular business hours in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your e-mail is processed and your changes would not be able to be made.

Can I exchange or return purchased products?

Funky T-shack's Fair Return Policy:

 

Every product ordered at FunkyTshack.com is created just for you. Because our t-shirts and othere apparel items are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.

 

Promise: If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact our production team within 30 days at 1-800-381-0815 to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

How can I get a faster shipping method?

If you want to get a faster shipping method, then you would need to get in touch with us before your order begins production to process a shipping upgrade or you would need to cancel this order and place a new one with the upgraded shipping method.

What is the Funky Tshack Designer and how can I make my own custom t-shirt there?

Our T-shirt Designer allows you to create your own custom t-shirts, custom hoodies, other apparel and upload your own photos right onto your choice of apparel from our assortment and order directly from there. There is no minimum order - you can have just one single shirt printed according to your wishes.

Choose a t-shirt from the "Products" tab. If you are not sure which size you need, click on the exclamation point next to the product name to get more information about the product. You will also find information about the product's fabric weight and manufacture on the product detail page.


Choose a design. To find the right design, you can use the T-shirt Designer's search bar or browse through the categories. You can also upload your own photos in the T-shirt Designer and put them on the shirt.

Text also works. Choose a font and write what you want. You can mix and match the design and the text. You can turn, mirror or change the size of the text or design within the printing area.


Once your shirt appears as you want it, add to the cart and order it.


Every article you create is one of a kind: Your design will be placed as exactly as possible on the t-shirt according to your specifications. Because we print your shirt by hand, slight variations may occur. It is also possible that your design looks somewhat smaller or larger on the shirt than in the T-shirt Designer. This is due to the fact that the shirts in the Designer are almost always size M.
